You have the right to:
- Obtain a free copy of your credit report
- Dispute inaccurate or incomplete information
- Seek assistance from a nonprofit credit counseling service
4. No Advance Fees (Important)
Under federal law, credit repair companies cannot request or receive payment before services are fully performed.
5. You Have the Right to Cancel
You may cancel your contract with any credit repair organization within 3 business days without penalty.
